AK Marching Band finishes successful 2008 season! (added 10/26)  

Congratulations to our very own Ardrey Kell HS "Mighty Knight" Marching Band for finishing its very successful 2008 competition season! In only our second year of existence, we have already made great strides and are well on our way in establishing a strong championship tradition at AKHS! Special thanks to all marching band students, parents, staff, volunteers, and chaperones for making this such a memorable season!

 

Winter Guard Tryouts and Parent Meeting (added 11/15)

The first rehearsal / tryouts for Winter Guard will be on Monday, November 24th from 5pm to 8pm. We will also have a mandatory parent meeting that same night at 7pm. Regular Winter Guard practices will be on Mondays from 5 to 8pm and Thursdays from 4 to 6:30pm.

Band Parent Meeting (updated 11/15)

Our next monthly Band Parent meeting will be held on Thursday, December 4th at 7pm in the Band Room. Band parents from all of the AK ensembles (Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, and Color Guard) are strongly encouraged to attend!!!
